I covered the frame with 3/8" tile backer board from home depot
I based the dimensions of the hood on the 3' x 5' sheets so I wouldn't have to cut it much
A spiral pipe centered over the large door opening goes to a 24" wind turbine on the roof.
The heat level in my shop is way down from using 2 holes .
