my farm

My new farm is here in Hornby NY 8 miles up the road from the CMOG. ( Corning Museum of Glass )

Here's the aerial view of the property, It's roughly 1150 feet by 800 feet deep.

The pond is fed by a trout stream and via an artesian well that supplies the house.

It's about the size of a football field and the local beavers change it at
the ones farther downstream as they see fit.

The house needs to be buldozed and then burned after my new house is completed.

The barn is 30 by 50 and 3 levels.
It will be taken down and some of the wood reused.

the garage will be rebuilt into my studio and house.
